Prepared Pastry Case or Cheesecake Base
1 sml tin drained crushed pineapple
500ml container light sour cream
1 pkt Cottee's vanilla instant pudding mix
Shredded Coconut and cream to serve
Method
Mix altogether and place in a ready baked pie shell or over a prepared cheesecake base.
