  • Prepared Pastry Case or Cheesecake Base
  • 1 sml tin drained crushed pineapple
  • 500ml container light sour cream
  • 1 pkt Cottee's vanilla instant pudding mix
  • Shredded Coconut and cream to serve


Method



Mix altogether and place in a ready baked pie shell or over a prepared cheesecake base.
